열처리 전공정 및 후공정에서 부품에 부착되어 있는 절삭유, 소입유 등을 알칼리 용액을 이용, 세정하는 설비입니다. 세정효과를 높이기 위해 알칼리조와 온수조로 구분되어 Dip 세정 및 스프레이 세정을 하며, 유수 분리장치가 부착되어 있습니다.
Uses alkaline solution to clean cutting or quenching oil contamination in the pre- and post-process of heat treating. Two-step cleaning operation (dip and spray) with separated tank (alkaline and warm water), followed by de-oiler.

Salt 소입이 끝난 처리품의 표면 등에 묻어있는 Salt액을 제거하기 위한 설비로서, 액을 1차로 제거하는 온수 1조와 70℃ 내외로 가열된 온수를 이용하여 세정하는 온수 2조로 구성되어 있습니다. 세정효과를 높이기 위해 Dip 세정 및 스프레이 세정을 합니다.
Cleans salt from the work piece after salt quenching. Two-step cleaning with warm water and 70-degree C water in separated tank (dip and spray) to ensure cleanliness of the product.
Low Presure

Low & High TEMPERING
소입후의 템퍼링에 사용하며, 사용온도에 따라 고운 소려로와 저온 소려로, 고/저온(겸용) 소려로가 있습니다. 교반 FAN에 의한 대류식 구조로 되어있고, 로내 온도 및 분위기의 균일한 분포를 위하여 Muffle이 설치되어 있습니다.
Low temperature, high temperature and low and high temperature tempering furnace depending on the target temperature. Stirring fan and special muffles are used for better heat distribution.
