본 설비는 Al 합금주물의 용체화처리 및 시효처리를 목적으로 설계 제작된 ROBOT 장입 Turn-Table 회전구동 방식의 연속열처리 설비로서 장입부터 추출까지의 모든 열처리 공정이 자동으로 수행됩니다.
Fully automated rotary furnace using turntable and robot-arm loading and unloading mechanism. Favorable choice for solution treating and aging of large aluminium parts such as cylinder block, cylinder head and wheels. Gas burner and large fan in circular structure improve heat distribution.

ROLLER HEARTH TYPE AL HEAT TERATING FURNACE
본 설비는 Al 합금주물의 용체화처리 및 시효처리를 목적으로 설계 제작된 롤러 구동형 장입방식의 연속열처리 설비로서 장입부터 추출까지의 모든 열처리 공정이 자동으로 수행됩니다. 자동차 실린더 블록, 헤드, 휠 등을 처리하는데 특화된 설비입니다.
Fully automated roller hearth furnace using stable roller-type loading and unloading mechanism. Favorable choice for solution treating and aging of large aluminium parts such as cylinder block, cylinder head and wheels.
