AL HEAT TREATING
본 설비는 Al 합금주물의 용체화처리 및 시효처리를 목적으로 설계 제작된 ROBOT 장입 Turn-Table 회전구동 방식의 연속열처리 설비로서 장입부터 추출까지의 모든 열처리 공정이 자동으로 수행됩니다.
자동차 실린더 블록, 헤드, 휠 등을 처리하는데 특화된 설비로서, 회전식의 구조 내에서 가스버너와 대형 순환팬을 사용하기 때문에 온도분포가 균일한 장점이 있습니다.
AL HEAT TREATING
Fully automated rotary furnace using turntable and robot arm loading and unloading mechanism.
Favorable choice for solution treating and aging of large aluminium parts such as cylinder block, cylinder head and wheels. Better heat distribution with gas burner and large fan in circular structure.
